Please note: Checks can only be shipped to the address printed on the check โ and they cannot be sent to P.O. boxes.

We currently offer shipping only to Dubai, and no other international destinations at this time.

- Once you choose a shipping speed, we will provide an estimated arrival date. While delays due to weather or carrier issues can occur, we stand by our estimates. If you experience delays, contact us for assistance.
- Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes, we offer free shipping within Dubai on orders over $100 before taxes and discounts are applied.
- Can I arrange my own shipping provider?
- Due to our production process, we are unable to accommodate special shipping requests.
- Is there a way to pick up my package?
- Currently, we do not offer pick-up points for orders.
- Can I track my order?
- Once your order ships, weโll send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking details. You can also view your tracking information in your order history.
